Brothers, Rhys & Gene Austin, Design, Renovate and Build custom residential homes, on the South Coast of NSW Australia.
Rhys Austin | Director
Rhys is your first point of contact and will remain throughout your project. With 18 years of solid experience, Rhys is a perfectionist with a hands-on approach who loves a clean and tidy work site.
Having completed his Carpentry & Joinery Cert III and Building & Construction Cert IV in the beginning stages of his career, Rhys has had extensive time across Europe building contemporary terrace homes in London, and luxury chalet facilities in the French Alps. Rhys now specialises in high end custom residential builds and has worked on some incredible contemporary homes across Sydney and the South Coast of NSW.
Rhys works directly with his brother Gene, who will also be responsible for the day to day operations of your project; whether that be hands on carpentry, supervision and co-ordination of subcontractors & supplies as well as client relations.
Gene Austin | Director
Gene delivers structural precision and high-end finishing to all his work and has over 16 years of building experience.
On completion of his Carpentry & Joinery Cert III and Building & Construction Cert IV, Gene also travelled across Europe and has designed & built luxury Chalets in France as well as high-end renovations and joinery work throughout London and the UK.
Gene is also accountable for the smooth day to day operations of your projects and has a wonderful repour and working relationship within our network of supplies and contractors.

When embarking on a project with us, you will be liaising directly with us throughout the entire journey. Rhys and Gene maintain a strong ongoing relationship with all clients through the project, and believe ‘it’s not just about building homes, it’s also about building relationships’.
All our carpentry and structural work is undertaken by Rhys, Gene and our trusted & experienced team. We have carefully selected a network or subcontractors and supplies whom we manage and provide to you with end to end service.
